Relocating from serviced offices to their own standalone fit out, Capabuild worked with international IT firm Splunk from the early stages facilitating site visits to similar offices to generate ideas. Their vision was to provide an agile workspace fostering collaboration amongst their team.
Engaged under a Design & Construct model, we were involved throughout the design phase coordinating architectural and services disciplines, offering buildability design and tracking lead times providing Splunk with certainty in time and cost.
Working in conjunction with a base building upgrade, our team delivered this bespoke fit out in 9 weeks allowing seamless occupation by Splunk.
