Following previous successful collaborations, Capabuild partnered with JLL, Venko and BSE to deliver this unique refurbishment project.

Working in the Heritage listed, 1 Spring Street, our team remained sensitive to the historical significance of the building with our Site Manager undertaking regular toolbox talks with subcontractors to ensure alignment.

A key element of this fitout was the integrated fish tanks in the reception area. Through detailed design workshopping process in the pre-construction phase, the services and buildability requirements of the fish tanks were coordinated with the architectural joinery scope ensuring a quality finish at completion.

Identifying the lead times early in the process, provided adequate time to manage and mitigate the risk to programme ensuring the end date was met.
