Managing Director
Tim is a knowledgeable and well-respected building professional with over 20 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry in both Australia and the U.K. Tim’s core expertise is in the fit out and refurbishment of commercial workplaces where he has worked in the capacity as Project Manager for the past 10 years. Tim is heavily involved in the front-end process managing the Business Development, Estimating and Bid teams as well as maintaining involvement throughout the life of the projects.

Daniel is a dedicated and highly competent building professional with over 20 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry. Daniel’s experience spans from civil construction to commercial workplace, health and education and has a proven track record to consistently deliver the best outcome for his clients. Daniel manages the delivery process maintaining involvement throughout the life of all projects to ensure our teams are delivering the highest quality outcome.

David has spent the past 15 delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects and possesses a professional acumen that ensures the successful delivery of his projects. David understands the importance of trust, prioritizing a client’s requirements, proactive communication, problem solving and strong leadership throughout the delivery phase.

Mark is a dedicated and hard-working member of the Capabuild team who possesses excellent communication skills and extensive technical construction knowledge. As Senior Project Manager, Mark drives the process of delivery to a high standard on all projects he delivers and works collaboratively with internal and external project teams. Mark is well placed to deliver outstanding results through is well-rounded experience and expertise in design management, cost planning, programming and risk mitigation while maintaining a strong focus on time, cost, quality and OH&S.

Tim is well placed to deliver to a high standard drawing on his extensive knowledge of design management, cost planning, programming and risk mitigation.

As HSQE Manager, Joe works closely with the Project and Site Managers to ensure all company and legislative OH&S obligations are met on all projects in addition to ensuring Capabuild maintains its excellent safety record. His attention to detail and dedication to safety, quality and environmental excellence ensures Capabuild maintains it’s strong reputation in the industry.

Marcello brings a professional and collaborative approach to his projects ensuring the best outcome is achieved for his clients. In the role of Site Manager, Marcello is a vital member of the Capabuild team and drives program, quality and health and safety on a daily basis.

rest. Greg will play a pivotal role in the coordination of sit activities and act as the conduit between the management team and the subcontractors on-site.

In the role of Site Manager, Beau plays a pivotal role in the coordination of site activities and driving progress to ensure deadlines are achieved while managing quality and health and safety on a day to day basis. Beau has excellent communication skills and is in regular contact with clients, consultants and Building Management to advise of upcoming construction activities.

Hillary is a driven and dedicated professional with a passion and willingness to succeed in the delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. As Contract Administrator, Hillary is heavily involved in the procurement and award of subcontract packages, day to day management of the head contract and sub contract packages in addition to cost planning and financial control. Hillary works closely with the Project and Site Manager ensuring the efficient and timely
delivery of all Capabuild projects.
