Continuing a long-standing relationship with Grant Hobson & Carr Design, Capabuild were engaged to deliver the high end fit out.

A key driver for Pinsent Masons was to be one of the first Global legal practices to launch a fully agile workspace.

The high-end finishes of the timber veneer joinery, intricate wall panelling detail and perforated metal ceilings are on show throughout the front of house space.

Leveraging the existing relationship with Carr, we were able to work closely during the pre-construction phase in design workshopping sessions with key subcontractors to resolve the detail and design intent of some of the key items.

Working in conjunction with a lobby and amenity upgrade, we ensured all works were integrated and the delivery was seamless, meeting with Building Management on a weekly basis ensuring key criteria were met.
