With a rapidly expanding work force, Xero engaged Capabuild directly to deliver a fast-track workplace to provide additional space to align with their growth strategy.

The largely open plan workspace encourages staff to adopt agile working principles and is complimented by an array of open plan collaborative meeting spaces. The large kitchen/ breakout spaces with polished concrete flooring and exposed services provides a focal point for the staff.

With long standing existing relationships with Facilitate Corporation, Venko & Aston Consulting, we delivered the project via an open book Construction Management approach.

With a hard deadline, the fast-track programme was delivered in a typical collaborative manner with all team members aligned with decisions often made on the spot to maintain progress on site.

Pleasingly, the project outcome consolidated a strong client relationship that still exists today.
