Tanarra Capital

Referred to the project, Capabuild were delighted to work in partnership with Tanarra Capital to deliver their new CBD office space.

A key objective for the project was to create a high-end front of house space with a range of acoustically rated meetings rooms, in addition to adequate back of house open plan workspace encouraging collaboration and communication between team members.

The feature floor and wall finishes including the terrazzo tiling and veneer wall panelling achieve the client’s objective, while the bespoke joinery and intricate detail act as a centre piece upon entry.

Delivered in an occupied building, noisy and intrusive works were sequenced out of hours to minimise disruption to the key tenant above and below.

The visually appealing space demonstrates a successful collaboration of the client, builder and the consultant team and pleasingly has been the start of a long-standing relationship.
