Barristers Chambers Limited, engaged Capabuild directly to deliver their high end Barristers Chambers refurbishment.

In partnership with Carr Design, the design featured herringbone floor tiling, intricate feature bulkheads, high end acoustic boardroom, bespoke joinery including a book shelf manufactured from mild steel.

With a very brief window of opportunity to deliver this project over a Christmas shutdown period (and in line with Court closure in January) Capabuild meticulously planned the construction sequence engaging early with suppliers to ensure any lead time concerns were mitigated, buildability issues were resolved and design workshops with key subcontractors were undertaken.

Working for 12 Barristers, there was only one way this project could be delivered and through the tireless efforts of many of our team, the project was a complete success. The reaction of the client group when they returned to their office in late January to witness the complete transformation, still resonates with us today,
