Working under challenging live environment conditions with the tenant in occupation, the project was delivered via a multi staged approach with works carefully sequenced with noisy and intrusive works scheduled out of hours to minimise disruption. A safe path of travel from the lifts to the tenancy was always maintained.
The contemporary design included terrazzo floor tiling, exposed services and a rendered wall finish with integrated signage which required a skilled contractor and the completion and approval of prototypes prior to delivery.
