Armitage Jones, Gray Puksand, Compass EngineeringWorking in conjunction with the base building contractor and multiple other fit out contractors, we delivered 5 separate spaces across Levels 17 and 23 creating high-end suites for corporate tenants wanting premium office space
With a raised floor installed as part of the base building design, many height adjustments were required to accommodate the range of feature floor finishes throughout. Completing these works early in the construction sequence proved invaluable minimising the time the floor void was open minimising the OH&S risk.
With many slab-to-slab partitions, we managed the OHS risk by setting up exclusion zones and reinstating the raised floor once fire sealing was completed.
As part of ongoing communication strategy, we conducted weekly PCG meetings with the broader team including regular progress status reports, photos and status programmes which was then distributed to the wider project stakeholders to manage their expectations.
