Leveraging an existing relationship with the project team, Capabuild were appointed as construction partner to deliver this large workplace project via a construction management approach.
Under a tight timeline, Capabuild transformed this warm shell into a modern flexible workspace incorporating a range of different work settings, meeting spaces and training and conference spaces.
With the design team based in Sydney, Capabuild were their eyes and ears on the ground and through regular communication kept them up to speed every step of the way.
The curved partitions and set out in the early phase of the fit out, presented a number of BCA compliance and buildability challenges but through communication and compromise these were effectively resolved without compromising the end result.
