With a long-standing relationship, Capabuild were delighted to once again partner with The Boston Consulting Group to deliver their new Melbourne office.
BCG’s objective was to create a flexible workspace with a range of internal meeting spaces and a large multi-functional event and training space.
Working in an occupied office space under live environment conditions, Capabuild delivered this project via a two staged approach allowing BCG’s business operations to continue throughout.
With a live comms room servicing the occupied office, the Capabuild team completed a large floor void penetration and intricate stair installation within metres of this room without incident.
Key to the success of the project, was clear and effective communication and a collaborative and proactive approach.
Delicately balancing the needs of BCG’s staff, dusty, noisy and intrusive works were completed out of hours to minimise disruption.
