Riverlee Ground Floor Cafe & Lobby

Capabuild was delighted to partner with Riverlee once again to deliver this high-end ground floor cafe and lobby at 179 Queen Street.

With a stunning design by Six Degrees Architects, standout elements include the feature lighting, detailed joinery and wall panelling and marble stone benchtops, which we took extra care with to ensure the finished result was exactly as specified.

Working in an occupied building, we were required to keep the main thoroughfare accessible during the build. As such, we made sure to monitor and coordinate noisy works to minimise possible disruption for building tenants.

Riverlee had requested a completion date of pre-Christmas, which meant a quick engagement of trades and suppliers to ensure the program was achieved and lead times mitigated.

Happily, all timelines were met and the beautiful updated space is being enjoyed by tenants and visitors.
