Capabuild were engaged directly to deliver a fast-track workplace accommodating the consolidation of several Medhealth sites.

The largely open plan workspace encourages staff to be agile and includes a range of open plan collaborative meeting spaces. The large kitchen/ breakout space serves as the focal point of the fit out complimenting the agile working environment with a range of informal work settings throughout.

With long standing existing relationships with the project team, Capabuild were bought on as the Construction partner to deliver the fast track project to meet lease expiry dates and support the relocation of staff.

Working across multiple time zones with members of the steering committee in Perth and Asia, Capabuild showed flexibility and adjusted to suit the requirements of the team maintaining regular communication and weekly project updates throughout.
