Through a workshopping process during pre-construction, our team worked with Studio Tate and our joinery subcontractors to clarify design intent and expectations on a number of details.
Key to the success of this project, was managing several long lead items that presented a risk to programme. Through early orders and tracking via a procurement schedule the risk was mitigated.
Through collaboration, we worked effectively with the broader team to resolve several latent conditions on site to deliver the desired outcome.
