Capabuild was delighted to continue our partnership with Luxury Escapes for the fitout of its beautiful new Sydney workspace.
Through an Early Contractor Involvement service, we worked with the client to provide cost planning based on the concept design documentation in order to ensure the budget was maintained.
As budget was a consideration, we worked closely with the client in an open-book manner, collaborating with contractors and suppliers to source budget-friendly solutions that maintained alignment with design intent.
Bringing the client along to supplier showrooms provided the opportunity to jointly review furniture and workstation packages.
Working with a client team both in Sydney and Melbourne required coordination and clear communication. We kept in continuous conversation with regular online chats and weekly updates and lookahead programs provided for the Sydney team to share with their colleagues in Melbourne.
