Capabuild were recommended and appointed to deliver the Kids Club early learning centre at the new Olderfleet development at 477 Collins St
Working in conjunction with multiple other fit out contractors while the base building construction was taking place, the team delivered the 10 interior classroom spaces and the creative space playground on the external balcony.
Regular communication with the base building contractor ensured materials handling, access & deliveries were not compromised despite the busy site.
The Capabuild team managed all the regulatory compliance requirements, specific to the project on items such as waterproofing in kitchen spaces and unique services and door handle heights. The existing set down in the base building slab required collaboration with the design team and Building Surveyor to ensure compliant ramping throughout.
