Capabuild was invited to tender for super fund partner Industry Fund Services (IFS) on its relocation to level 27 of the iconic Melbourne Central Tower.

Having worked with the consultant team previously, we were thrilled to have the chance to partner with them again after a competitive tender process.

During the initial design phase budget challenges arose, so we spent time in the early stages of the project value managing the design to reduce costs for IFS.

There were also lead time issues with some specified products, which required us to place early orders to ensure the program was maintained.

Knowing that IFS had a firm date it needed to vacate the existing office by, the Capabuild team worked hard to meet this deadline, delivering the project on time and allowing a smooth move into the new space.
