Continuing our successful relationship with Facilitate Corporation, Capabuild was thrilled to be awarded this high-end fitout for banking firm Greenhill & Co at prestigious 101 Collins Street.

With a thorough understanding of the building — having completed many previous projects at this address — we took advantage of our existing knowledge of building access, security and services, expediating processes to hit the ground running.

The bright, warm and welcoming design by M Moser showcases the detailed joinery and wall panelling. Paying extra attention to these premium finishes, we ran design workshops with our subcontractors and the consultant team to make sure the finished result was flawless.

Requiring a completion date of pre- Christmas for Greenhill to move into its updated space, Capabuild developed a tailored program to achieve all targets to successfully meet this deadline.

We were delighted to deliver Greenhill this stunning new workspace that will no doubt be enjoyed for years to come.
