Having been involved early, we had a clear idea of the budget constraints of the project and were able to bring value management solutions to the table to minimise delays. A key element to achieve this was initiating workstations showroom visits providing the client the opportunity to workshop ideas and value manage the package on the spot to meet their targets.
With high end acoustic expectations for the built environment, we had to work around existing services infrastructure and conduct periodic inspections on site to ensure expectations were met.
Delivered during the height of the Covid lockdowns, managing numbers on site became a challenge but with coordination and consultation we maintained progress.
To ensure the client journey remained on track Capabuild implemented “virtual fly throughs” on a weekly basis providing Generation Life and the Consultant Team the opportunity to view the project in real time.
The goal for us at Generation Life was to create a space that all the staff were very proud of, one which had a natural flow and really good energy to it. Working with Capabuild was all very professional, we had a list of objectives every single week. We got into a good operating rhythm where anything that was of concern was brought up and dealt with very effectively.
