JLL, Innermode, BSEWorking in conjunction with the base building contractor completing the lobby & amenity upgrade, on site coordination was required including the reticulation of mission critical services through the lobby feature ceiling. Regular communication on site ensured all works were completed without compromising either completion date.
With multiple stakeholders involved from different Government departments, multiple sign offs and approvals were required. We implemented a universal communication strategy, including weekly status reports and progress photos ensuring all stakeholders were kept up to speed.
The familiarity of the consultant team, their design, process, and expectations from previous projects, proved to be a valuable foundation from which to build from on this project.
