Following the successful completion of the ground floor lobby project, Capabuild were referred to the delivery of the Level 8 spec suite project.

The clients objective, was to create a visually appealing, speculative fit out for incoming tenants with a range or workplace settings, meeting rooms, open, collaborative spaces a large communal kitchen/ breakout space.

Working to a very tight timeframe, the team mobilised quickly engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the long lead time items were ordered, tracked weekly and delivered to meet programme.

Working in an occupied building, the team scheduled noisy and intrusive works out of hours to minimise disruption to the surrounding tenancies.
