Following a successful competitive tender process, Capabuild were engaged to undertake the staged multi-floor refurbishment at 222 Exhibition St.

This heavily staged project was delivered within in an occupied building working around existing DEDJTR operations. A key component of the project was the relocation of the comms room. To ensure this element was delivered seamlessly, we planned and coordinated all activities with their IT department and scheduled the works to occur over a long weekend to ensure business continuity was maintained.

The compressed timeframe for each stage required proactive programme management throughout to ensure we hit all milestones dates allowing the broader project to progress without delay.

Capabuild chaired weekly PCG meetings, along with site walks which to communicate project progress, ensuring the clients expectations were always met.
